Davin S. Lamm

Davin Lamm began his commercial real estate career in 1994 doing industrial leasing for a small boutique firm in suburban Philadelphia.  He transitioned to office brokerage in 1995 and in 1997 moved to The Binswanger Company to serve as a Vice President in their Suburban Philadelphia office.  In this position, Davin provided strategic planning for the company’s corporate clients, which involved location consulting, acquisition/disposition and build-to-suit projects in the Philadelphia suburbs.  Davin was responsible for multiple building sales in excess of 200,000 s.f. total, in addition to several large leases.

In 1999, Davin joined Mahoney Realty Group, Inc. as a Vice President and within a short time he was promoted to Senior Vice President responsible for managing and growing the Commercial Brokerage Group.  Davin has a proven track record handling difficult and challenging assignments on behalf of Mahoney Realty’s many institutional, corporate and high net worth clients.  In this position, Davin has built and nurtured a highly successful team of marketing and brokerage professionals and as a selling manager, he leads his group by example with his tremendous work ethic, and the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Mr. Lamm is a graduate of Temple University with a B.A. in communications.  He lives in Philadelphia with his Wife and twin children.
