Andrew S. Gibbs, CPA, CVA

Mr. Gibbs serves as Chief Financial Officer for Mariner Commercial Properties, Inc. where he has assisted in the development, underwriting and financing of commercial office complexes, condominium projects and property acquisitions. Prior to Mariner, Andrew was a principal of Paige Capital Management, LP, an activist investor firm, in 2006 and 2007.  Andrew worked at Polaris Advisors, LP, a Convertible Bond Arbitrage firm, from 2003 to 2005.  Andrew was a Partner at Rock Hill Partners and a Director at Rose Glen Capital, both of which are arbitrage hedge funds with strategies in Convertible Bonds and Private Investments in Public Equities (“PIPES”).  Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant, and a trained Forensic Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Andrew holds a Certified Valuation Analyst license from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.  Andrew also participates on the Advisory Board of Links Lending Group, Inc.  Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drexel University in 1989 with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.
